Thanks!

Just a few thoughts to share:

In paragraph three of "Constitution: Two things to do" you note "The key to getting the right amendments is to get state legislators to propose an amendment to Congress, the same language from multiple states, with the demand that Congress adopt and send back that exact wording.". First, Article V of the U.S. Constitution has no such specification that state legislators propose an amendment (singular, actually it's plural) with exact wording. Second, Congress will never propose any amendment to correct and/or prosecute their run-away behavior. It is a fact that all 50 states have proposed over 750 amendments*, and none have been lawfully removed from official consideration for Congress to call a convention for We The People. State legislators are as rife with institutionalized corruption as their federal 'brothers in arms' that it will require a tipping-point majority joined in common cause to force Congress to obey the U.S. Constitution, specifically, Article V. Every member is in willful criminal violation of their oath of office by not calling a convention, as noted by the U.S. Solicitor General.

Over the next couple days, time permitting, I'll study what you've written previously.

Gordie Hayduk
Mayflower Descendant
U.S. Navy Veteran

* More than the required 2/3 of 50 states or 34 of ONE subject; Balanced Budget amendment.
.Gordiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04749115340607486584noreply@blogger.com
